RUBBLE MASTER once again sets the standards in the industry with its new machines and digital solutions. "For us, innovation is not a trend, it is the very basis of our success. Our latest developments make mobile crushing and screening even more efficient and user-friendly", says Rudolf Schöflinger, CSO at RM Group. The demands placed on the construction industry are always increasing, from the need for more efficient processes and the sustainable use of resources, to seamless digitalisation. RUBBLE MASTER takes on these challenges and presents future-focused technologies at bauma 2025 that make construction sites more efficient, more environmentally friendly, and more profitable. "We focus on intelligent machine control that simplifies operation for users, and on sustainable drive systems to significantly reduce fuel consumption and carbonemissions", says Bernhard Fischereder, CTO at RM Group. As a pioneer in this field, RUBBLE MASTER has been offering electric drives on its machines for decades, because they deliver major advantages in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Revolution in mobile crushing: The new RM machines

The new RM 90X and RM 100X crushers are testimony to how RUBBLE MASTER drives forward the development of mobile crushing and screening. The latest models are even more powerful and utilise advanced technology. Based on the successful RM NEXT philosophy, they provide numerous smart features, optimised operation using the updated display screen, and maximum energy efficiency. Their modular design allows them to be flexibly adapted to handle different tasks, so they can be used for a wide range of applications. What is more, the new machines are equipped with the field-proven machine communication system that gives the operator better real-time feedback on the status and efficiency of the machine.
RUBBLE MASTER also launches an updated version of the RM J110X jaw crusher, designed for efficient, high-performance crushing of natural stone and recycled materials. Thanks to the robust design of this machine, it easily copes with challenging conditions, adapts flexibly to different applications, and processes materials reliably. Its modular design and optional hybrid drive greatly reduce energy consumption, while the option of plugging in the machine directly to the power grid saves even more fuel.

Intelligent networking for maximum efficiency on the construction site

With a new machine control system and extended functions in the RM XSMART app, RUBBLE MASTER sets the latest standards in digitalisation. Controlling the machine using the redesigned display makes operation amazingly simple and clear, so that operators can focus fully on their work. The setup wizard suggests recommended machine settings depending on the application and the material to be processed. Digital diagnostics explain error codes directly, offer routines for rectifying them, and ensure that any problems can be resolved quickly and easily. The electrical circuit diagram can be displayed digitally, and a remote control test enables a quick system check to increase the reliability and efficiency of the machines.

"Our digital monitoring system optimises the whole process at the construction site. The operator maintains a full overview at all times and can react more quickly and efficiently. This leads to higher productivity as well as a significant reduction in downtimes enabling even safer and more efficient machine operation," explains Schöflinger.Live camera images from the new optical process monitoring systemcan be transmitted directly to a tablet in the excavator cab. This gives the machine operator an overview of the loading sequence, material flow, and machine status at all times and allows them to react to changes in real time. That is how the new system increases efficiency, throughput, and, as a result, profitability.

Digital precision: RM XSMART optimises processes and increases efficiency

The RM XSMART app has some new features that make it possible to create and send job reports based on belt scale data directly from the app, making it easier to invoice each order. "Digital solutions are the key to a more efficient job site. With RM XSMART, we provide our customers with seamless data acquisition and precise analyses to continuously improve their processes. At the end of the day, we want our customers to get even more out of their machines and operate even more profitably", says Fischereder. The Condition Monitoring function now contains new reports, such as the Performance Report, which shows how efficiently the machine was used over a specific period and where there is still potential for improvement.

These innovations increase productivity while providing intuitive operation and faster response times on the construction site.
